SPJL Portfolio

The asset management of a 10 property portfolio, five of which were single let industrial units, four multi-let estates and one redevelopment site, located in the Black Country, Shifnal and Telford. The portfolio extended to approximately 500,000 sqft and generated approximately £2m per annum from 30 tenancies.
