Planning consent secured for a lavish 64 bed hotel, prior to an excambion resulted in a change of direction, with Scottish and Newcastle taking a lease of a refurbished office.

Full circle in 2023 after the office lease expiry, Dalata Hotel Group acquired to deliver the change of use originally secured following the acquisition of the asset from Scottish Equitable.
